IES saves time
The Integrated Enhanced Security (IES) in many cases, depending on the condition of the host pipe, makes the use of a pre-installed gliding foil for the secured winching in process of a liner redundant. It can be optionally offered as an alternative to the conventional pre-installed gliding foil. If sewers show only minor damage, the use of a gliding foil is not necessary, and the installation time for a liner with IES can be reduced up to 60 minutes. The preparation of the gliding foil before installation, winching in and establishing the cord connectionare are completely eliminated. This not only saves time and materials, it also makes handling easier.

Additional reinforcement between the outer and UV protective film
A liner with Integrated Enhanced Security benefits also from the additional reinforcement between the outer film and the UV protective film, protecting the liner from damage when it is pulled into the pipe to be rehabilitated. Berolina-Liners with IES are available in standard sizes from DN 150 to DN 600, Berolina-HF-Liners with IES from DN 400 to DN 600.
